What are my data storage options when using the ITS Computer Labs?

A:

For the PC (Windows) based machines:

  1. Memory disk key chains which can be plugged directly into USB ports on all PC's.

  2. Floppy Drive (3.5")

  3. D:Drive - a drive for temporary data storage which is found under 'My Computer'. Data is deleted after logout.

  4. H:Drive - your Home drive (100Mb of space) which is found directly on the desktop once you login. For more information, please see this [ http://help.unc.edu/?id=119 ] AFS site.
