How do I update my username and password in Blackboard?

How do I change my username or password in Blackboard?

Blackboard users cannot change their usernames or passwords. If you have an Onyen and password, these are also your Blackboard username and password. You can update Onyen information from the Onyen home page.

If a non-Onyen username was created for you (a username with nine or more characters), you will need to contact the instructor who created this for you for more information.
