IT technical support is available to the UNC-CH computing community 24 hours a day 365 days a year. You can submit Help Requests using any of the following options:

Follow this link to submit, update or check the status of a Request for Help via our online request form. Our goal is to assign your request to the appropriate group within 30 minutes, 24 hours a day. Resolution times may vary since some groups work business hours (M-F, 8am - 5pm).

Use our Online Chat service to chat live with a technical support person. This service can also allow the use of desktop streaming, where the support person, with your permission, can access your desktop to assist you with your problem.
