How can I forward my UNC-CH campus email?

A:

Individuals are able to redirect their UNC-CH campus email (@email.unc.edu mail) to other email service accounts (e.g. departmental email server, Internet Service Provider email account, Hotmail, Yahoo, etc). You are also given the option to both keep a copy in your UNC-CH email account and forward a copy to your alternate email account.

To set up forwarding, go to the [ https://onyen.unc.edu ] Onyen Services page and click the Forward email button. Follow in the on-screen instructions for entering in the email address(es) you wish to forward your mail to.

Important

Once a message is forwarded outside the UNC-CH central email complex, final delivery of the message by ITS cannot be determined. If there are problems with delivery, contact the email provider that accepted the forwarded message.
