How do I check the status of Blackboard?

You can check the ITS Service Monitor for a red, yellow, or green status indicator for the Blackboard application servers. Red means that the service is down, yellow indicates that one or more servers may be having problems, and green indicates that all systems are operating normally.

If the indicator is red, for more information you can scan the ITS Change Notices for Blackboard. All outages and recoveries, both scheduled and unscheduled, should be posted here.

If you can't find outage information at these locations, contact 962-HELP for more information or submit an Online Help Request.
