Issue : Video Driver Bug

Description :

Computer locks up completely during or after the creation of comments within Excel spreadsheet cells or when using other Microsoft Office software. Manual forced shutdown of machine is required to restart.

Resolution :

After manual shutdown and restart, update the video driver by downloading and running the [ http://www.unc.edu/cci/issues/drivers/wxp-w2k-catalyst-7-95-031028m-011774c.exe ] ATI driver package.

Before proceeding with the installation, please refer to the documentation and instructions provided in the readme file that appears when the installer above is run.
