Q:

Do I have to enter each instance of a recurring meeting on Oracle Calendar?

A:

If you have a recurring appointment, you can enter the information for the meeting once and select the Repeating button (in the "New" or "Update" window of Oracle Calendar) to set the duration and frequency of the meeting. The meeting will appear on the specified dates and time for each instance so that you don?t have to reenter the information. The repeat feature can save time while eliminating potential written scheduling errors.

Recurring events are easy to set as discussed in further detail in the Calendar Client: Getting Started document. Click on the [ http://help.unc.edu/?id=199 ] Creating and Maintaining Your Personal Agenda link and scroll to the bottom of the "Other Available Features" section.
