Customers requesting "Meet Me" conference calls should call: (919) 962-2211 (Campus Operator). The requirement for this service is that at least one of the members must be on Campus.
Service may be requested: Monday-Friday: 7:30AM-6:00PM, Saturday: 8:00AM-1:00PM
The Operator will assign the client a "Meet Me" number to provide to the other conference members, and in this way the conference call may take place at any time.
Customers requesting Operator Facilitated conference calls should call the State Government Office at: (919) 733-1110.
Service may be requested: Monday-Friday: 7:45AM-5:10PM
People needing to schedule International conference calls may call during regular business hours to get a "Meet Me" conference number. The Operator will assign the client a "Meet Me" number to provide to the other conference members, and in this way the conference call may take place at any time.
Note
The Telecom office has no involvement in setting up conference calls.
