Blackboard: Software Requirements
Overview
To access the Blackboard system, its content, and most of its built-in tools, you will need only a web browser. If you intend to use Blackboard's Collaboration Tools or Equation Editor, your computer must also have a Java Plug-in installed (refer to Blackboard: Chat Tools for more information about troubleshooting Java-related issues).
