Email Aliases

 What are Email Aliases?

An email alias is an easy to remember, alternate email address that points to your real email address. This is not a separate email account. Email messages sent to the address of the email alias are forwarded on to your real email account. UNC students, faculty and staff can each have up to five email aliases.

How do I start using Email Aliases?

Email aliases can be created by going to the [ http://onyen.unc.edu/ ] Onyen page and clicking on the Set Email Alias link. For more information on Email Aliases, please see [ http://help.unc.edu/?id=46 ] http://help.unc.edu/46.
