Students, faculty and staff can submit online requests for technical help by using the Online Service Request. Making an online service request creates a ticket in the system that will be resolved by UNC technical professionals.
A request can be made by going to the [ https://www.unc.edu/ar-bin/websub/index.pl ] Online Help Request form and following the instructions there.
