Computer-Based Training (CBT)

On February 28, 2009, the computer-based training (CBT) service, which had served Carolina since June 2005, ceased service when its current license expired. The decision not to renew the license for this service was a difficult one, but necessary in order to achieve the level of budget cuts currently mandated.
