 About

The Help Site Support Portal service is primarily focused on delivering quality documentation for other services and systems around campus. The support portal, found at [ http://help.unc.edu ] help.unc.edu, provides a way for users to effectively search and browse through a large set of knowledgebase documents about technical support issues.

In addition to developing and maintaining the Help site, the Knowledge Management group provides consultation about effective documentation practices and, in general, tries to promote the fluid exchange of information about ITS services throughout the campus community.
