What is Policy Development and Compliance?

Policy development involves creating policies that are both effective and that comply with all applicable laws and regulations. ITS is available to provide assistance to University departments in developing policies around various security and computer related issues. In addition, departments may request an audit to determine if their systems are in compliance with laws, regulations and University policies.
