How to export calendar and import using .pst file in Office 2016

Click File:

In Outlook, click file in the upper left corner.

Open & Export:

Click on Open & Export on the left then select Import/Export

Export to a File:

Highlight export to a file and click next

Highlight Outlook Data File:

Highlight Outlook Data File (.pst)

Select the Calendar:

Select the calendar you want to export, be careful to choose the correct calendar if you have multiple accounts.

Save Exported File:

Save exported file to outlook files folder as Outlook will automatically reference this folder when importing later and click finish once you’ve named the .pst file. It will ask to create a password if you so choose but is not necessary.

Just leave blank and click ok.

 

 

Click Open & Export:

Click file and click on Open & Export on the left then select Import/Export like in step 2.

Select Import:

Highlight import from another program or file and click next.

High Light Outlook Data File:

Highlight Outlook Data File (.pst)

Click Browse:

Click browse and then find your .pst file, in this example it is somunccalendar and click Next.

Highlight Calendar:

Highlight calendar and in the drop down make sure to select the email you want to add the calendar to.

Conclusion:

Your calendar should now be updated. As you can see both calendars have synced.
