NAS Allocation by Department

Departmental Allocations (\\storage.unc.edu)

This is an Full Time Equivalent (FTE) report based on HR payroll data out of the campus data warehouse. This report was performed Dec 2012. The right most column is based on departmental input to determine how department numbers fit together. The document is a guide to help determine departmental quotas. Any numbers below are open to discussion.

The FTE count includes all employees. To derive the departmental space allocation, round up the FTE count and multiply by 10. Example: Ackland Art has 29.02 FTE. Their allocation is 300GB.
