Why am I unable to log in to the campus library eReserve material, and why is my PID not recognized?
The eReserve system requires a student, staff, or faculty member to authenticate with that system using their PID when connecting from off campus. The database that houses these PIDs belongs to the Davis Library Reference Desk, and won’t always contain all of the same information as the Onyen database.
As such, some people with valid Onyens will be unable to access eReserves.
To correct the problem, please direct people to the Davis Library Reference Desk at (919) 962-1356 and have them state that they wish to have their PID entered into the eReserve Database.
