Only Zoom Sub Account Owners and Admins are able to invite users to join a Sub Account.
- Confirm with the user the email address associated with their UNC-CH Zoom account.
- Go to Users > Add Users to issue the email invitation to join the Sub Account. Until the user accepts the invitation, it will remain in pending status.
- After the invitation is accepted, the user account will appear in the Users list and can then be granted access to the resources of that Sub Account.
