Moving a Zoom user from the UNC-CH Master Account into a Sub Account

Only Zoom Sub Account Owners and Admins are able to invite users to join a Sub Account.

  1. Confirm with the user the email address associated with their UNC-CH Zoom account.
  2. Go to Users > Add Users to issue the email invitation to join the Sub Account. Until the user accepts the invitation, it will remain in pending status.
  3. After the invitation is accepted, the user account will appear in the Users list and can then be granted access to the resources of that Sub Account.
