Adobe Creative Cloud FAQ

The reason you are being asked to purchase a product is that you have not signed in properly.

In order to log in properly please do the following:

Sign Out:

1. Open the Adobe Creative Cloud application.

2. Click on the profile icon in the upper right-hand corner.

3. Click Sign Out and on the pop-up click sign-out.


Sign in with Enterprise ID:

1. Open Adobe Creative Cloud.

2. Under “Want to use your company or school account?” click on ” Sign in with an Enterprise ID “.

3. Enter the email address and click on Sign in with an Enterprise ID.

4. On the SSO Pop-up enter the onyen and password.
