If you are not able to access files on your computer’s local storage while using a Virtual Lab application you may not have the correct permissions granted in Citrix Workspace. Use the following steps to allow read and write access to Citrix Workspace.
Launch an application in Virtual Lab, but before you do any work > expand the show hidden icons menu in your windows taskbar > right click on the Citrix icon > choose connection center.
In the Connection center choose preferences
In preferences make sure read and write is selected > select apply, and ok to save the change. If you made a change you will need to close and reopen the app for the change to take effect.
