A Guest ID is temporary guest account available to former employees, former students, alumni (alumna/alumnus), undergraduate applicants, specific online graduate program applicants, or those who are not eligible to create an Onyen.

What should I do if I registered for my Guest ID but never received an email to create a password?
Please check your spam or junk folders to ensure a message from ‘UNC-Chapel Hill Account Registration’ has not been received. You may also contact the ITS Service Desk.
How do I change or reset the password for my Guest ID?
If you know your current password, to wish to change it, please visit the Change Guest ID Password site.
