Instructors and other course administrators are reminded that they are responsible for protecting the confidentiality of student records as required by the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act and University policies regarding the management of student data.
To protect student records in the Sakai environment, we ask that any participants that need grading privileges or access to personal information be added to the roster in ConnectCarolina first. Then, they will automatically be updated in Sakai with the appropriate access to course content.
